Order Processing

Orders are prepared and handed to our courier within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Friday or over a public holiday are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Times & Rates

• UAE — Standard: 2–4 business days. Free on orders over AED 350, otherwise AED 20.
• UAE — Express: next business day in selected emirates, AED 40.
• GCC (KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): 3–6 business days, from AED 60.
• International: 5–10 business days, calculated at checkout.

Carriers

We ship with regional couriers including Aramex and Emirates Post. The carrier for your order is shown on your shipping confirmation.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan.

Customs & Duties

GCC and international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility — they are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs or courier delays. If your tracking hasn't moved for more than five business days, contact us and we'll open a case with the courier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we'll reship it once the delivery cost is settled.
