Four Ways To Return

• Exchange for a new size or colorway — free.
• Exchange for a different product — free.
• Return for store credit — free, issued as a LUCINO gift card.
• Return for a refund to your original payment method — subject to a restocking fee of AED 20.

Eligibility

• Returns must be started within 30 days of the order date.
• Items must be unused, in new condition, with original packaging and tags.
• Items must be in new or excellent condition to qualify for a refund to the original payment method.
• Gift cards and final-sale items are not eligible for return.

Orders Outside The GCC

Orders shipped outside the GCC are final sale and cannot be returned.

Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, exchanges are shipped and store credit is issued right away. Refunds to the original payment method are processed within 3–5 business days, and you'll get an email confirmation at each step.
