The agreement between you and LUCINO when you order.
By placing an order on lucino.ae you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping, Returns & Exchange, Refund, Warranty and Privacy policies. Please read them before you buy.
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation with an order number. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment taken.
Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Other currencies shown on the site are indicative conversions; you are charged in AED. Payment is taken at checkout by card or on delivery (where offered). Discount codes are applied at checkout, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be limited in time or to a minimum order.
Delivery times, costs and free-shipping thresholds are set out on our Shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check your order on arrival and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged or missing.
You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days as described in our Returns & Exchange policy. Registered products are covered by our one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer-protection law.
We work hard to show colours and details accurately, but screens differ and small variations are normal. TagPro plates are designed for LUCINO caps; we cannot guarantee fit on other brands.
You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately if you think it has been misused.
LUCINO, the LUCINO crest, TagPro and all designs, artwork, photographs and text on this site belong to LUCINO or its licensors and are protected by UAE and international law. You may not copy or use them commercially without written permission.
We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence, up to the value of your order. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of the UAE, without prejudice to your rights to complain to the relevant consumer-protection authority.
